Energy Return
"my shoe rotation: pegasus 41 (workhorse), ghost 16 (treadmill), neo vistas (long), supernova rise(tempo/race). The energy return on the supernova rise is fantastic. Got it at shoebacca for only $65 and can be easily used for uptempo or even race day while being comfortable enough to go long distances. The supernova rise is secretly now my favorite shoe and I can wear it comfortably for any road work. You can not find this level of energy return for that price elsewhere. durability: so far so good, I am at ~100 miles and seeing some wear on the outer sole (I supinate) but very happy so far. the upper is still perfect shock absorption: It is my least protective shoe according to the numbers on runrepeat dot com, but my legs and feet always feel great after runs with the supernova rise. no complaints comfort: feels great to me? energy return: there's probably not a faster plateless shoe in it's weight class sizing: fit me fine on my normal size (but I have a narrow foot) Heel strike supination: be careful, as the shape of the heel can exacerbate this type of supination and cause a foot roll Not a stability shoe but also not unstable TLDR: buy the shoe"
