Returns & Exchanges
What is the Shoebacca return policy?
You can return or exchange your item within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns must be unworn and undamaged to receive a full refund via the original form of payment. Socks and underwear are eligible for return ONLY if packaging is unopened. Returns/exchanges can only be done in the country of purchase.
Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping but shipping fees on the original order are not refundable.
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Final Sale items include gift cards and other items tagged as final sale on our website
Please note that it typically takes about 5 – 10 business days for your return to arrive at our fulfillment center and be processed for a refund. Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, Shoebacca will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2 - 10 business days for the refund credit to post to your bank or credit card account. Some customers may qualify for rapid refunds.
How do I return a purchase?
Login to your Shoebacca.com account. Click “Return” next to the order with the item you are returning. Select “Return Item” and your refund method then click “Submit Return”. Print your return label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any UPS location.
Can I exchange an item that doesn’t fit?
Yes, we offer exchanges on items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Original item must be unworn and undamaged for new item to be shipped.
How do I exchange an Item
You can return or exchange your item within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns must be unworn and undamaged to receive a full refund via the original form of payment. In order to exchange an item, login to your Shoebacca.com account. Click “Return” next to the order with the item you are returning. Choose an item to start a return or exchange and the reason. Select the new item/size you are exchanging for and click “Submit Exchange”. You will directed to a page to review your return. On this page you have the option for an instant exchange or exchange after your return is received in our warehouse.
Instant Exchange – You promise to ship the return within 14 days and we ship your new exchange item immediately. There won’t be any charge to your card as long as you ship your item back as promised. If the item is not returned within 14 days, your card will be charged for the amount of the exchange item shipped.
Send Exchange After You Return – Once we receive your item in our warehouse, we will process and ship your exchange order (3-4 business days). There won’t be any charge to your card. Please note, returns typically take 5-10 business days to reach our warehouse. Inventory is limited and exchange orders do not place a hold on inventory. In the event the item you requested is no longer available at the time we process your exchange order, a store credit will be issued and you will be notified by email.
How do I return/exchange a gift I received?
Shoes make great gifts! But we also understand not all shoes fit the same way and sometimes you may need a different size so we’ve made returning/exchanging gifts simple.
If you have your gift receipt, head to https://returns.shoebacca.com and click “Start Gift Return”. Enter the order number and the email address of the gift giver. On the next screen, enter your email and shipping address. Select the item you want to exchange and the reason.If exchanging for the same item in a different size, select the new size and click “return item”. Review your return or exchange information and click “Submit Return”. Print the return label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any UPS location.
Don’t have a gift receipt? No problem. Provide us with a few details here and our team will email you a link to return the item. Please allow 24 hours for us to research your gift and send the link.
Orders, Shipping, & Tracking
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Currently, we do not offer shipping to international destinations.
Do you ship to Military APO/FPO or PO Box addresses?
At this time we do not offer shipping to Military APO/FPO or PO Box addresses.
Does Shoebacca offer free shipping?
Shoebacca provides FREE standard shipping on ALL orders within the continental US. Some orders may not qualify for standard shipping due to size or destination. Shoebacca does not ship to international destinations, PO boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or correctional facilities. Some orders may qualify for expedited shipping at no charge.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times may vary depending on the selected shipping method, your location, and the time of year. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day. If you selected free standard shipping, you could expect to receive your order 5-7 business days after the order was shipped.Note: Estimated delivery dates during checkout are approximate times and are not guaranteed.
Can I add another item to my order after it has been submitted?
Once you have placed your order, you will not be able to make any adjustments. Please contact customer service immediately by phone at 1-888-446-1788 if you need to change or cancel your order.

Some orders may ship the same day. We cannot change or cancel orders that have already shipped.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive order tracking email notifications keeping you updated on your order status. You can also view your order status in your account under “Order History”.
Will I have to pay taxes on my order?
The tax rate applied to your order will be the combined state and local rates of the address where your order is delivered to or fulfilled from. For example, if you live in a state that does not impose a sales tax, you may still see the tax calculated on your order if shipped from another state. Moreover, the tax rates applied to your order may also be different for a variety of reasons, such as a shipment to a residential home versus a business address. No tax is charged when purchasing gift cards; however, purchases paid for with gift cards may be subject to tax.
Items sold by Shoebacca.com and its affiliates that are shipped to destinations in the following states may be subject to tax:
AL, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, WA, WI, WV.
How do I know if at item is in stock?
Everything shown on Shoebacca.com is in stock! If you can place an item in your shopping cart, it is in stock and available for purchase.
How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?
Unsubscribing from our marketing list is easy! You can click “unsubscribe” in any email you receive from us. The link to unsubscribe can be found in the bottom portion of any Shoebacca email. Please allow 7 business days for the unsubscribe request to be processed. You may continue receiving marketing emails during this time.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not impact order related communication. You will continue to receive any emails related to orders, returns, and refunds.
Do you offer gift wrap?
We do not offer gift wrap services at this time.
Can I expedite my order?
No problem! We offer 3-5 business day shipping starting $8, 2-business day expedited shipping starting at $12 and 1-business day expedited shipping starting at $25. The final price for all of these options will be given at checkout and is determined by order volume and shipping address.
Please note that we only ship and deliver on business days and that only expedited orders placed before 12:30 pm CST on a business day will ship that same day. For example, an order placed with 1-business day shipping on Thursday at 2 pm CST will ship out the next day, Friday, and arrive the following Monday.

Does Shoebacca offer discount codes or coupons?
We work hard every day to make provide premium-quality shoes and apparel - all while minimizing our impact on the planet and cost to you. We have a limited quantity of selected colors and styles listed on our site at lower price points. We also have bigger sale events from time to time, so be sure to subscribe to our email list so you don’t miss out on promotional events!
We always offer free standard shipping and free returns on our site. No coupon code needed!
Are there Shoebacca.com gift certificates and/or gift cards?
We do not currently offer gift certificates or gift cards.
Do you do back orders?
No. We do not do back orders. If an item is out of stock the Shoebacca Customer Care Team will notify you as soon as possible.
Do you have a catalog?
No. Currently, we have a 'virtual' catalog. To ensure that our customers have access to the most current styles, prices, sizes, and overall selection, we do not publish a catalog that you may purchase directly from us. Plus, with all the styles that we carry, a catalog would be as big as a phone book! If there is a particular shoe or style of shoe that you are interested in, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you locate it.
Do you have a price matching policy?
Yes, if you find a lower price on an item available in the same brand, color, and size on another qualifying retailer’s website before placing your Shoebacca.com order, Shoebacca.com will match the retail price plus standard shipping fees.
For example, if an item is available on a qualifying retailer’s website at $30 retail price plus $15 standard shipping fee, we will price match the item at $45 total and provide free standard shipping.
1. Simply contact us. Include your order number and a link to the website where you have found the lower priced in-stock item. We will issue a credit to the card that was used for your purchase for 110% of the difference in the delivered price.
2. The product must be currently available for purchase on the comparison site in the same style, color, size, and width as the style on SHOEBACCA.com.
3. We do not price match against either auction sites or membership clubs including but not limited to eBay or Sam's Club.
4. We are unable to honor any manufacturer or outside site promotion, specials, Buy-One-Get-One, or coupons.
5. The product must be of the same condition on the comparison site. Used or counterfeit products will not be price matched.
6. Comparison sites must be a valid internet retailer and the product price must be advertised on their site at the time of price verification.
7. Comparison site shipping charges will be considered in the final item price comparison.
8. The Price Guarantee is within 14 days of your purchase.
9. Comparison website must be run by a valid U.S. Corporation.
10. If a refund is determined applicable, we will refund the original payment method, up to the original payment amount from the original order.
11. We reserve the right to deny claims if our policy is being abused.
Do you match prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase?
Yes! If you find the price for an item you have purchased within the last 14 calendar days on Shoebacca.com has been reduced, you may call us 877-446-1788 to request a refund for the difference.
If you receive a price guarantee refund on an item and later need to exchange the item for a different size, we will honor the reduced price. Please not that this will not apply to an exchange for a different color.
The price guarantee refund must be issued to the same payment method that was used to place the initial order. A price guarantee cannot be combined with certain other offers or discounts and cannot be applied to gift cards or shipping costs. Other restrictions may apply.
