"I honestly love the shoes, but I fluctuate between a 10. 5 and 11 shoe size depending on the brand. I decided to go with the 11 and they're amazingly comfortable but a tad too big so I wanted to do an exchange for the 10. 5. This is where I ran into problems. Because I had already thrown the box away, Shoebacca said not on my watch, pal. I even offered to buy the 10. 5 first and send the 11 back in that box. Nope. Other than that I had a great experience. The shipping was free and fast but guys. . . C'mon. . Lighten up a bit with the return/exchange policy."
