"I’ve been wearing the Saucony Kinvara silhouette for over the last 10 years. I feel they have worked the best for me overall for running and doing some cross training (agility drills, jumping, sprints) I don’t squat in them. The Kinvara silhouette is on 16 now but I will keep buying the 14 because I think they work really well; a good balance between weight, styling, traction, foot support and foot security. I am a 200lb Male athlete that runs 2 -3 miles daily and I have flat feet."

"This is an amazing lightweight training shoe for speed days and I will use for race day also. It has a nice plush feel which I really appreciate when running at speed. The fit is true to size. Probably not the most durable for everyday training but absolutely perfect for those fast sessions and races. Likely to purchase more of these because it is very lightweight and plush in the sole."
