Kinvara 14 Running Shoes

I'm on my seventh pair

"I'm on my seventh pair of Kinvaras. I appreciate their lightness and responsiveness without sacraficing cushioning in the heel and underneath the front of my foot. . I have a narrow foot, but the regulars fit, so I imagine if your foot runs wider you may not like them as much. (The narrowness runs in the arch and toe box. )The only drawback is thst they break down quickly. I typically can wear running shoes for six months, but these tend to last five months before I feel I need to repurchase. I plan to continue wearing them because they are a fantastic running shoe, and because I can generally find them on sale."
