Absolutely worst service - Do not buy!

"I ordered adult Japan away jerseys (sized M & L) but received kids sized jerseys like many others here. Please take a note that their return policy is 30 days within the original order date and not the delivery date! I am still within the 30 day delivery window but 3 days past the 30 day window from the order date, so the customer service is now declining the return request despite the mistake is on their end with incorrect listing and sending the wrong size. The kids sized jerseys are of no use to me! They acknowledged sending me the wrong size but now deny return and refund. This is unreasonable and ridiculous!"

Wrong size shipped again!

"I will just write this review because it’s at least the third time you guys are doing exactly the same mistake! I ordered the Japan Away jersey on Size M but a kids size jersey was shipped to me. As I see the reviews above it is at least the third time the same mistake happens."
