Excellent lightweight running shoes
"When I first put these shoes on, I had serious misgivings. They are much more cushioned than what I'm used to, and the soles almost have a "platform" feeling. However, they are true to size and fit me really well. About a mile into my run, I stopped thinking about the shoes and just ran. They are flexible enough for my taste and seem to have good traction. They are very light weight. They are not quite as fast as my hoarded 20+-year-old, broken-down Nike Frees, which are still my favorite shoes that I use for longer runs, and keep trying to replace, but the Frequenzas are quite good. I recommend them for all runners who like lightweight, neutral shoes."
