Product defect - Very poor Customer support
"Having used high-end running shoes for decades (ran x-country & track, starting HS and College..) I had high hopes for these - because they have the "carbon plate" technology that captures & returns stride energy. However, upon using them, the heel cup turned out to be super-delicate and weak. It bent over into the heel area, after just a few uses where I put my feet in quickly. This happened on BOTH pairs I bought. So, they now dig into the heel. Tried leaving out on a 100F degree days, in the sun, and moving the heel cup back with strong fingers. No luck. Over all the Adidas, Nikes, Hokas, etc. etc. I've ever owned - this has *never happened before. Only the Pumas. Purchase was beyond the Shoebacca return window, and not Shoebacca's fault anyway. Tried Puma support. Despite three different requests to either reccommend a process to fix the heel cup, or replace with comparable model, they would only give a "credit" on a future purchase - from them* at full* retail. Seriously?!? Did I just fall off a turnip truck? Two pairs of almost new sneakers ruined. Now trashed. Never again - Puma!"
