Wished They Arrived With Laces
"The shoes are great, but they were a prior return where someone decided to steal all 3 pairs of laces. It would’ve been nice if somebody in returns inspected the shoes before putting them back in inventory. Shoebacca Customer Service offered me a return, which they didn’t have in my size in stock any longer or 10% off on a future purchase. I asked about taking the laces out of a different pair and sending them to me or me purchasing a different pair, keeping the laces and returning them, but was told that was not an option. Overall, disappointed I have to purchase shoelaces from Amazon to be able to wear my new shoes."
