FREE SHIPPING


SHOEBACCA offers FREE standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. You can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days after it has been processed. We strive to ship your order within 1-2 business days. However, during high volume times such as holidays, this process could take up to 2-3 business days. Shipping is available to the Contiguous United States. Shipping is unavailable to International destinations, Military APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, and Correctional Facilities.

365-DAY RETURN POLICY

We want you to feel happy and 100% secure about shopping with SHOEBACCA.com. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your merchandise in unworn condition including the manufacturer's box with original tags.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY


SHOEBACCA purchases are eligible for returns up to 365 days after the original date of purchase. You will be refunded the original purchase price plus any applicable tax. If at the time of the original purchase your order exceeded $50 and qualified for our free shipping offer, you are entitled to free return shipping and the restocking fee is waived. If the original order value was under $50, you will be charged a $6.50 restocking fee which will be held from your refund. 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS


The easiest way to process returns at SHOEBACCA, is to use your customer account. Select “My Account” from the top menu, log in, and find the item you would like to submit a return for. Follow the step-by-step instructions, and you will be provided with a prepaid return label. Your refund will be processed, once we received the returned item.

You don’t have a SHOEBACCA account? Here’s how you can return your purchase: Go to SHOEBACCA.com and select “My Account — Track your order” from the top menu. Look up your order by using your order ID, billing last name, and email and select the item you wish to return. You can find your order ID in your Order Confirmation Email or on the shipping label on the box. Follow the step-by-step instructions to get your prepaid return label. Print it and return your order.

REFUNDS


For returns received within 90 days of purchase, refunds will be issued to the form of payment used on the original order. For returns received after 90 days of purchase, refunds will be issued in the form of a check from our corporate office. Most refunds will post to your account within 2-5 business days however, some banks can take up to four weeks to complete refunds. PayPal refunds that are returned more than 60 days from the date of purchase will be issued a check. Please allow 3-4 weeks to receive your check in the mail.

EXCHANGES


SHOEBACCA does not process item exchanges. Should you find an alternative product, please follow the return instructions and place a new order for the product desired.

If you find an item at a lower price on another qualified website at the time of your purchase, we will not only match their price but happily give you 10% of the difference! HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE PRICE GUARANTEE:


  1. Speak with our customer service team and notify them of the price difference at the time of purchase.
  2. The product must be currently available for purchase on the comparison site in the same style, color, size, and width as the style on SHOEBACCA.com.
  3. We do not price match against either auction sites or membership clubs including but not limited to eBay or Sam's Club.
  4. We are unable to honor any manufacturer or outside site promotion, specials, Buy-One-Get-One, or coupons.
  5. The product must be of the same condition on the comparison site. Used or counterfeit products will not be price matched.
  6. Comparison sites must be a valid internet retailer and the product price must be advertised on their site at the time of price verification.
  7. Comparison site shipping charges will be considered in the final item price comparison.
  8. The Price Guarantee is only valid at the time of purchase.
  9. Comparison website must be run by a valid U.S. Corporation.
  10. If a refund is determined applicable, we will refund the original payment method, up to the original payment amount from the original order.
  11. We reserve the right to deny claims if our policy is being abused.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT GUARANTEE


If you find the price of an item you purchased lowered within 14 days, we'll refund the difference. You can feel certain that you are getting the best prices before and after you place your order with SHOEBACCA.com. This offer applies to permanent price reductions only. Temporary site-wide sales are excluded from this policy.
