How do I return a purchase?
For returns, go to Shoebacca.com, log into your account from the top menu and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return. Select the item you want to return and submit a return request. You’ll be provided with a prepaid return label. Print it and return your item. If you don’t have an account, you can initiate your return request by looking up your order under “My account — Track order”, using your order ID, billing last name, and email. Your order ID can be found in your order confirmation email or on the shipping label on the box. If you can’t find your order ID, please contact our Customer Service Department by phone at 1-888-446-1788

Can I exchange an item that doesn’t fit?
We do not offer exchanges at Shoebacca.com. If you happen to find an alternative product, please follow the return instructions and place a new order.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Usually, refunds process within 2-3 business days after your return is received. Once the refund is initiated, we will send you an email notification.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Currently, we do not offer shipping to International destinations.
Do you ship to Military APO & FPO or PO Box addresses?

How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) is always FREE and eligible on all orders! If you wish to receive your item faster, you can purchase Ground Shipping (3-5 business days), 2nd Day Shipping (2 business days), or Overnight Shipping (1 business day when ordered by 10 AM CST). Weekends and Holidays are excluded.
How long will it take me to receive my order?
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the time of year. If you selected free standard shipping, you can expect to receive your order 5-7 business days after the order been processed and shipped.
Can I add another item to my order after it has been submitted?

Please contact customer service immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Some orders may ship the same day. We cannot adjust orders that have already shipped. Will I have to pay taxes with my order?
The tax rate applied to your order will be the combined state and local rates of the address where your order is delivered to or fulfilled from.
