365-day Return Policy
365 Day Returns PolicyShoebacca purchases are eligible for returns for up to 365 days after original date of purchase for a refund. You will be refunded the original purchase price plus any applicable tax. If at the time of the original purchase your order exceeded $50 and qualified for our free shipping offer, you are entitled to free return shipping. If the original order value was under $50, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. No returns will be processed one year after original purchase date.
Return ExclusionsReturns are limited to personal consumers only. We do not offer returns for merchandise purchased for resale. Returns will not be processed for items sold to Resellers, Wholesalers, or Diverters. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
Return InstructionsIf you did purchase directly from the Shoebacca website, you have the option to log into your Shoebacca.com account, go to "My Account", and find the order and item you wish to submit for return. Don't have an account? Guests can go to the "Order Status" as the bottom of the home page to check your order status and complete a return request.
Free Return Shipping

- For returns received within 90 days of purchase refunds will be issued to the form of payment used on the original order.
- For returns received after 90 days of purchase refunds will be issued in the form of a check from our corporate office.
- Most refunds will post to your account within 2-5 business days however some banks can take up to 4 weeks to post the refund.
- PayPal refunds that are returned more than 60 days from the date of purchase will be issued a check. Please allow 3-4 weeks to receive your check in the mail.
