  • How long does it take to get my refund?
    The average refund processing time is 2-3 business days after your return is received. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email notification on the status of your refund.
  • Do you ship outside of the United States?
    Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer shipping to International destinations.

  • Will I have to pay a sales tax with my order?
    Since our company is based in Irving, Texas, you will only be required to pay sales tax if your order is being shipped within the state of Texas.
  • How do I change or cancel my order?
    Please contact customer service immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Some orders may ship same day. We cannot make adjustments on orders that have already shipped. In this instance, once you receive the order, you may return the item at no cost to you and we will refund your purchase within 2-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
