In the highly unlikely event that you aren’t satisfied with your SHOEBACCA.com purchase, you can return your SHOEBACCA.com purchase (in unworn condition) free of charge up to 90 days after the original purchase date for a full refund.

Keep in mind that we don’t want your smelly old shoes. "Unworn Condition" means the product is in its original condition, shipped in its original packaging (including manufacturer's box) and with its original tags. Any product showing signs of evident wear or not returned in the condition in which it was shipped will not be accepted (or a refund will not be issued). If product is not returned in its packaging with manufacturer’s box in original state, the customer is subject to a 20% return fee. In order to avoid this fee, please do not return product with manufacturer’s box as the external shipping box.

PLEASE NOTE: If you opted to have your order shipped via UPS 2-Day Air service, we are unfortunately unable to refund your shipping charges. This policy applies specifically to SHOEBACCA.com website purchases only.
