SHOEBACCA.com Return Policy
In the highly unlikely event that you aren't satisfied with your SHOEBACCA.com purchase, you can return your SHOEBACCA.com purchase (in unworn* condition) free of charge up to 90 days after the original purchase date for a full refund. PLEASE NOTE: If you opted to have your order shipped via UPS 2-Day Air service, we are unable to refund your shipping charges.
Keep in mind that we don't want your smelly old shoes. "Unworn Condition" means the product is in its *original condition, shipped in its original packaging (including manufacturer's box) and with its original tags. If product is not returned in its packaging with manufacturer's box in original unworn state, the customer is subject to a 50% return fee. In order to avoid this fee, please do not return product worn or with manufacturer's box as the external shipping box.

International Return Policy

A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required for any return. Please contact our customer service department by email, live chat or phone 888-446-1788 to have your return set up and a prepaid UPS label emailed to you.
