In the highly unlikely event that you aren’t satisfied with your SHOEBACCA.com purchase, you can return your SHOEBACCA.com purchase (in unworn condition) free of charge up to 90 days after the original purchase date for a full refund. Keep in mind that we don’t want your smelly old shoes. “Unworn Condition” means the product is in its original condition, shipped in its original packaging and with its original tags. Any product showing signs of evident wear or not returned in the condition in which it was shipped will not be accepted (or a refund will not be issued). This policy applies specifically to SHOEBACCA.com website purchases only.

To return your SHOEBACCA.com purchase, please do the following:

  • Contact one of our customer service representatives (888-446-1788) to obtain a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number;
  • We will e-mail you a prepaid UPS shipping label (we pay the shipping costs);
  • Place this label on the outside of the sealed box in which your return is packed; and then once we receive, process and approve your return, your refund will be processed.
