A Superb Walking/Running Lightweight Shoe With Wonderful Cushioning

I owned the older version of the Skecher's Shape Ups. The new Liv design is a significant advancement over the older version. The weight difference is very notable. The increase in flexibility is a major asset. These shoes are very comfortable for all day wearing as well as jogging.
