I can't remember disliking another pair of shoes more than I disliked these. I run on some fairly technical terrain, and they provided hardly any protection at all, which is odd since the shoe is so thick underfoot. The worst part, though, was the insert. The outer edges of the insert were made of a rubbery material that gave me horrible blisters after just a few miles. Total waste of money.
