I definitely wouldn't run in them, unless you have great feet and zero injuries, but for everyday casual use they're solid. The sole is minimalist but well-built, with the lightweight Puma feel. The toebox is a little wider, so if you have narrow feet, you might slip too much. The blue/silver/lime green is really bright and cute, and doesn't mark up too easily. I wear mine with leggings and jeggings on days off. :)
