I really like the look of this bag. It is a little bit more casual than I thought it would be but it seems really well built, and I will be giving it as a gift. That being said, the packaging was absolutely horrible. The bag was obviously a return.The bag that it was in was ripped wide open to the point that I wouldn't even consider it a bag anymore just some bunched up plastic partially wrapped around the messenger bag. The tag was ripped off the bag, and the bag was a bit dirty from rolling around in the box. I was able to get the bag cleaned up, but I have never received a more poorly packaged product from any company that I have ordered from, and I am quite the online shopper, so that is saying something.
