I could not believe that this boot only got a 2 star rating from some people. I just bought my 2nd pair and I wish I could find them in black like my older pair. I first bought these boots on sale 2 years ago right before I went to Paris. Dumb to buy shoes right before you are going to walk your legs off for 10 days, right? Wrong! They were wonderful, supportive walking shoes. After a spray of leather waterproofing, they were also completely dry and warm in the rainy cool November weather. They also slip on and off easily because of the knit cuff. I love these boots and might have to buy the green ones too.
