I bought a pair of these, except with blue stripes, in my regular size (11.5), and they just had a weird fit to them. They were totally stiff due to the rubber "shell" toe area, and I just found them unwearable due to discomfort. Gave them to my son, after wearing them just a few times, and he just wears them as his lawn mowing shoes.
