The description on the site does say Purple, so I don't fault them for arriving purple when they look more like a granite-grey on my computer screen. They are much more purple than they appear on the screen, more of a dark plum. The problem is that they're extremely sparkly, with sparkly-silver laces. I didn't expect that at all.
