"I love Shoebacca service. They're responding so fast at my suggestions & questions. I posted my questions in their facebook page and received thorough feedback. I asked about Nike Air Rift, that the rubber bands seemed too tight to me. Nike Air Rift is not widely available on websites but somehow Shoebacca has a vast choice of colors. They confirmed that the bands are running short even had a couple of their workers trying on the shoes for me. WOW! NOW that's what I call a great customer service! "Prior to buying anything from you, I did some research. You guys have a Mardi Gras video of your street team wearing those green morphsuits. I thought that was hilarious and am happy that you're all a good group of people who do like to have fun, while at the same time, running a business. The day I received my item I had to exchange it because it was too small. It took some time for you guys to respond with an email or call because I had to wait to get the original pair shipped back, so I called you guys. The lady I spoke with (I think Jessica, but not 100%), was very kind and told me my new pair of Sanuks was shipped out just a few hours prior to my call and that I would be getting emails with tracking numbers. She even provided a verbal tracking number over the phone, if I wanted to check it's status before getting the emails.
