- How do I return or exchange my purchase?

- Do you ship outside of the United States?
- We are now offering shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, for an additional charge, via UPS 2nd Day Air.
Also we provide international shipping through our 3rd party trusted partner International Checkout. For further information, please look at our SHIPPING. - Do you ship to Military APO & FPO or PO BOX addresses?
- Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to ship to APO or FPO addresses or PO Box's.
Note: Unfortunately International Checkout is also unable to ship to these locations at this time.
- How much does shipping cost?

- What forms of payment do you accept?
- At this time we are only able to accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
- Why do two charges appear on my credit card / bank statement?
- You may notice two pending approvals (pre-authorizations) from SHOEBACCA.com on your credit card or bank statement. These are simply authorizations and not charges to your account. The first pre-authorization will be for $1.00 and the second will be for the actual amount of your order. The $1.00 authorization should drop off your account within 2-3 business days.
- How do I check the status of my order?
- For further information about the status of your order, please go to the My Account section, from there you can login to your account and you will be able to find any available tracking information to track your package.
- Is the merchandise you sell Authentic?
- Yes! All of our shoes are from the original manufacturer and still in the original manufacturer’s box.
- Do you have this item in another size, style or color?
- The best way to locate an item in a specific size, brand or color is to search our website using our FINDER. You can use the FINDER to sort by gender, size, brand, category, color, width and material.
- Will you be getting any more of this item?
- Typically once we have sold our inventory, it is unlikely that we will get it again. Please be sure to check back with us frequently for our most available stock.
