Foul

Breaking the rules in a way that isn’t a “Floor Violation.” Depending on the violation (see “Personal Foul” and “Technical Foul”) can be penalized with either a change in possession or the awarding of “Foul Shots”

There are players who are effective at drawing a foul during their shots, even on an outside Shot. These players have the best chance of getting a four point play.
