Internal six-spike forefoot plate

The internal six-spike forefoot plate is a Nike brand traction plate in which the spike mounts are imbedded in the outsole so that the accumulation of mud, grass and other debris around the spikes will be reduced, keeping the athlete from getting caught in sloppy conditions. The traction on the internal six-spike forefoot plates is greatly increased because the spikes protrude from the sole of the shoe, allowing the spikes to sink into the ground as needed.
