ACTEVA Midsole

The ACTEVA Midsole is the superior highly-engineered foam made by the New Balance brand that is meant to resist the compression set. The resistance to the compression set is due to three factors:

• Consistent cell wall thickness
• Uniform cell size
• Consistent cell shape

The ACTEVA is exceptionally durable. The ACTEVA Midsole is lightweight but offers more resistance to the compression set making it more stabilizing. The ACTEVA Midsole is used on many New Balance shoes because it is twelve percent lighter than the foam found in other midsoles and helps to maximize the wearer's benefits.
