2A

2A is the term used to describe the visco-elastic polymer units made by Fila. When these units are placed inside the shoe's insole they absorb the shock on one's foot while under high impact situations. High impact situations are any activity in which you land heavily on your feet; for instance:

• Speed walking
• Running
• Jumping
• Hiking

The 2A units make the Fila brand a very good candidate for high impact athletic shoes.
