365 Day Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to feel happy and secure about shopping with SHOEBACCA.com, which is why we offer a 365 day, hassle-free return and exchange policy.
In the highly unlikely event that you aren't satisfied with your SHOEBACCA.com purchase, you can return the purchased item(s), in unworn* condition, free of charge, for up to 365 days after the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
If your SHOEBACCA.com purchase is not returned in its original manufacturer's box in unworn* condition, it will not be accepted. In order to avoid this , please do not return worn products or use the manufacturer's box as the external shipping box. To avoid putting wear on the shoes, we suggest trying them on indoors with socks, and only on carpet. This should allow you to test the comfort of the shoes without the risk of wear or damage.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING EXCHANGES:
- Please note that exchanges can only be processed for an item that is the same cost or less than the original item purchase price, unless a valid credit card was used on the order being returned. Should you wish to purchase an item that requires additional payment, the credit card on file will be charged at the time the exchange is processed.
- An exchange request will be fulfilled up on receipt of the return, provided that inventory is still available.
- If we no longer have the requested inventory available, or your credit card is declined for additional payment of a higher-priced item, you will be issued a refund.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING REFUNDS:
- Refunds can only be issued by the original payment method, up to the item's purchase price from the original order.
- If you opted for 2-day air shipping on the original order, the additional shipping charges will not be refunded.
Return and Exchange Instructions:
- In order to process your return, please click the ï¿½My Accountï¿½ link and log into your account.
- Once logged in, click the ï¿½My Ordersï¿½ tab on the left side of the screen.
- Click the ï¿½Returnï¿½ button to the right of the order number line that you want to return. Only orders that are eligible for return will have the return button showing by their order line.
- Select the correct return address from the ï¿½Addressï¿½ drop-down list.
- After you select your address, choose either "Exchange" or "Refund" from the next drop-down list.
- When exchanging an item, you will be prompted to choose the gender, size, and item you would like to exchange for your returned item. Please include the style number of the item for which you are exchanging.
- When requesting a refund, you will be prompted to select the reason for your return from a drop-down list. Choose the reason that most closely fits why you would like to return your item. You may also leave additional information in the optional "Comments" box.
- Once you have submitted the relevant information, you will receive an email with further instructions about printing your return shipping label.
PLEASE NOTE: *"Unworn Condition" means the product is in its original condition, shipped in its original packaging (including manufacturer's box), and with its original tags. Any product deemed in worn condition will not be returned to you, and you will be charged a 50% return fee. Worn condition is determined upon inspection and assessed at our discretion. Defective merchandise will not be considered worn.

In the highly unlikely event that you aren't satisfied with your SHOEBACCA.com purchase, you can return your SHOEBACCA.com purchase (in unworn* condition) free of charge up to 90 days after the original purchase date for a full refund.
A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required for any return. Please contact our customer service department by email, live chat or phone 888-446-1788 to have your return set up and a prepaid UPS label emailed to you.

*Please note: If you opted to have your order shipped via UPS 2-Day Air service, we are unfortunately unable to refund your shipping charges. We are also unable to do exchanges on Amazon orders at this time. Amazon.com Merchant items cannot be returned to Amazon.com, they must be returned to the Merchant in accordance with Merchant's own return policy.
