I'm a waitress, and even though these shoes aren't officially non slip, they do the job. This is the second pair of veronas that I've bought, and the first pair lasted more than a year, with me wearing them every single day. They do take a little while to break in, but if you can be a little uncomfortable for a week or two, you'll end up with the best shoes ever!
