I found the Garmont Eclipse III GTX to have what I was needing in an all-purpose, all-terrain daily shoe: light weight, GTX, good soles/treads, and earth tone color of dark forest green. It was slight narrow, but I went up a half size and it's all good now. Being on sale was a bonus, too.
