Color isn't accurate

The description on the site does say Purple, so I don't fault them for arriving purple when they look more like a granite-grey on my computer screen. They are much more purple than they appear on the screen, more of a dark plum. The problem is that they're extremely sparkly, with sparkly-silver laces. I didn't expect that at all.

Spotted them in a store but they didn't have my size - the pair from Shoebacca fit perfectly and I LOVE THEM! Perfect avocado color - get lots of compliments on them. Like the reviewer below, am thinking about getting a second pair for when I wear these out!

I love them!!! Nice to have a pair of Chucks again. Specially of this sweet color. Have recieved many compliments on them.They also have the original rubber sole not the new fiber mixed one. Very happy I was able to purchase them in a 1/2 size also. They fit just right. ( hard to find 1/2 sizes in stores???) Now I need to get another pair for when I wear these out!
