With backgrounds from companies like Simple, Nike, Polo and Teva and roots in skating, surfing snowboarding and architecture, they are creating in incredible product range. They're targeting "Cultural Creatives"-- a class of people who are responsible for designing and communicating many of the products and services you use today. Medium believes quality, simplicity and distinctiveness are virtues for this group of people.

MEDIUM is a group of individual designers selected to express a modernist design philosophy with a commitment to quality, detail, and style. By giving individual designers under the MEDIUM brand creative authority, they strive to promote a “design collective,” where as much importance is placed on individual creativity and style as it is on the shared vision. MEDIUM is a designer’s movement, fashioning products that appeal to cultural creatives.
