Tailslide - Sliding the bottom of the "Tail" along an object such as a rail.

Tangent - When you start ranting about something off subject for a while.

Technical - New skateboarding; combining many tricks. Also known as "combo."

Toeside - The side of your board your toes face.

Tricktionary - A bag of tricks so sick they need to be catalogued.

Trippy - Something crazy that messes with your head.

Truck - The metal axles securing the wheels to the "Deck."

Varial - Rotation of the skateboard or skater’s body.

Vert - Type of skating involving half-pipes.

Wax - Skateboard wax is used for grinding. Some rails and ledges need to be waxed first to grind them. Alternatives include candles, crayons, etc.

Yoinker - Someone that steals other peoples stuff and has no original ideas.
